Welcome to the eThekwini Supplier Portal registration page. Please complete the registration form to register on supplier Portal as per the instructions below:
- MAAA No. - must starts with MAAA follow by the number, i.e (MAAA1234567)
- Unique Reference No. - your Unique Reference Number from CSD must be capitilized.
- Verify Supplier - click Verify to view supplier name and contact email before register.
- Alternate Email - your alternative email address must be entered if the registration email address differs from the contact email from CSD.
- Password - a password to secure your Supplier Portal account.
The password has to be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, a numeric character and a special character eg. !,@,#,$,%,&,*.
Check Junk Mailbox, Spam Folder or Quarantined Messages if you cannot find the email in your inbox. Please request your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to whitelist the @durban.gov.za domain to ensure that you will be able to receive email communication from the eThekwini Supplier Portal.
Please note that eThekwini Municipality officials do not have access to the Temporary passwords / OTP system as this are encrypted. You can reset your passwords and the OTP will be sent through to the official email on CSD and the cellphone number. If these are incorrect you will need to update them on CSD.
Security Warning
1) A Supplier must use their own account credentials (username and password) to log onto eThekwini Supplier Portal.
2) A Supplier may not let another person login to eThekwini Supplier Portal using their credentials.
3) A Supplier must protect their account with a strong password; not write their password down where it is publicly accessible; not share it with anyone; nor may they reveal their account details to other individuals (staff or strangers) telephonically, in an email response, or on a website.
4) A Supplier should not share their account credentials with eThekwini Municipality’s staff or their representatives, even if requested to do so. eThekwini Municipality will not be held responsible for any breach of information.
5) A Supplier should immediately change their password should they believe that the account credentials have been compromised.
