Welcome to the eThekwini Supplier Portal registration page. Please complete the registration form to register on supplier Portal as per the instructions below:

• MAAA No. - must starts with MAAA follow by the number, i.e (MAAA1234567)
• Unique Reference No. - your Unique Reference Number from CSD must be capitilized.
• Verify Supplier - click Verify to view supplier name and contact email before register.
• Alternate Email - your alternative email address must be entered if the registration email address differs from the contact email from CSD.
• Password - a password to secure your Supplier Portal account.

The password has to be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, a numeric character and a special character eg. !,@,#,$,%,&,*.

Check Junk Mailbox, Spam Folder or Quarantined Messages if you cannot find the email in your inbox. Please request your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to whitelist the @durban.gov.za domain to ensure that you will be able to receive email communication from the eThekwini Supplier Portal.
